While the instance is running, if the price of the GPU changes, how will it be billed?

Instances are billed according to the price at the time of opening, that is, during the running of the instance, the billing is not affected by the price change.

If Xiao Ming starts a pay-as-you-go instance at a price of 3 yuan/hour per card, the price of the GPU is adjusted to 5 yuan/hour per card while the instance is running. At this time, Xiao Ming's instance is still billed and deducted at the price of 3 yuan per hour per card. But when Xiao Ming shuts down the instance and restarts it, the instance will be billed at the new price.

Instances with weekly subscription, monthly subscription and annual subscription, the instance remains open, and the old price is used for settlement during the automatic renewal period. If the instance expires and does not renew, the instance will be shut down. Then when the instance is started again, the new price will be charged.

The instance has expired, how many days can it be kept?

  1. After the pay-as-you-go shutdown or the monthly subscription expires, the instance will be deleted after more than 10 days.
  2. After the pay-as-you-go shutdown or the monthly subscription expires, the instance local disk /hy-tmp data will be deleted after more than 24 hours.
  3. If there is arrears, personal data, shared storage /hy-nas, custom image.

Why is my voucher missing?

The voucher can only be used within the validity period. If the voucher has expired, it cannot be used and the validity period cannot be extended.

How to send voucher to another account?

The voucher does not support transfer and gifting, and can only be used on the receiving account at present.

What are the common situations where vouchers are not supported?
